What is 'organic' socials?
Organic social media refers to unpaid content shared through your business’s social channels to engage your audience, build brand awareness, and foster long-term connection without the use of paid advertising.

What is Meta?
Meta is the umbrella company for Facebook and Instagram. The content has been suggested for these two channels, however you are welcome to adapt it for other social channels, such as LinkedIn or X.

Are Instagram and Facebook stories included?
Stories are available to a viewer for 24hrs, therefore are used to post timely content that we cannot predict you will need to post. Therefore you will be responsible for story content.

Who posts the content?
To keep your costs manageable we provide the detailed plan on what to post, but leave the posting up to you and your team. This allows you to be flexible with the days of the week and time you post, that best works for you and your business.

When should we post?
We recommend posting on weekdays as they have higher engagement levels, however you are free to post on the days and time that best work for your business. You may choose to have set days every week, or be less prescriptive.
